Database Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions correctly and I can see that the tables have been created in the database. Also got the message that it was installed successfully.

Using OSX Server 10.6.3.

i use the wordpress version 3.5.1

I have some problem

1) with the mini calendar on my homepage http://egr.smartsocialmedia.fr
when you can see on your right in the sidebar. if you change the month, there a display white problem.

2) on the event i create 6 and 7 April in the mini calendar, the google map, doesn't works and that so strange cause i writted in the event Paris, France, like your example

3) with the big calendar on this page http://egr.smartsocialmedia.fr/?page_id=194, the big calendar is not responsive, and there the same problem of mini calendar when i change the month, and the color of calendar is strange.

4) with the search bar on mini and big calendar, when you search an event there the same display white problem and there problem of displaying event when enter key is pressed, On the big calendar, the text of the search bar is not correctly aligned,

Does anyone know a fix for this? It only happens when I change the week to start from Sunday instead of monday. The fix I did to get the big calendar to start on Sunday was this:

Edit the Calendar.class.php file on line 404. The line looks like:

$day = $i-$decal+1;

Change to:

$day = $i-$decal;
